2. Using this website
You're welcome to use this site to learn about KhuselaGuard and to contact us. Please use it lawfully. Don't:
- give false information in our forms or pretend to be someone else;
- try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- copy large parts of the site automatically;
- use the site to send spam or harmful content.
We may block access that breaks these rules or puts the site or other visitors at risk.
3. Asking for and buying KhuselaGuard
You can ask for KhuselaGuard through this website, and we will contact you to arrange it. Sending us your details does not create a contract and does not commit you, or us, to a sale.
No payment is taken through this website. When you buy KhuselaGuard, the terms of sale that apply, including delivery, the monthly fee, returns and warranty, will be given to you in writing before you pay.
4. Prices
The prices shown on this site are R1,300 per ear tag, once-off, and R50 a month per tag, excl. VAT. The sums in the herd calculator are worked out from those two figures and are there to help you plan.
Prices can change. The price and terms that apply to you will be confirmed in writing before you buy.
5. Product information
We describe what KhuselaGuard does. The product and its app are improved over time, so details and screens can change. The app screens and the moving map on this site show an example farm, not a customer's. Stock photos of farms and animals are there to show the setting and are not pictures of KhuselaGuard customers.
KhuselaGuard tells you where your tagged animals are and when one leaves its camp. It does not replace your own care of your animals, and it cannot stop an animal from being taken or lost.
6. Who owns what
The KhuselaGuard name, logo, text, drawings and design on this site belong to CED or are used with permission. Some photos are licensed from third parties. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please ask us before using our content for anything else.
7. Other websites
Links to other sites, such as WhatsApp, news publications or cyberneticsdesigns.co.za, are for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.
8. Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", and it may be unavailable from time to time. As far as the law allows, CED is not liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or any other law, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy, and the cookies on this site in our cookie policy.
10. Complaints
If something on this site is wrong, or you're unhappy with how we've dealt with you, tell us first: email support@cyberneticsdesigns.co.za or WhatsApp 061 114 5710, and we'll do our best to put it right. This does not affect your right to take a complaint to the National Consumer Commission or to court.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and South African courts have jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one on this page when you use the site.
