Questions farmers ask
Plain answers about KhuselaGuard. If yours isn’t here, WhatsApp us.
How much does it cost?
R1,300 per tag, once-off, plus R50 a month per tag, excl. VAT. You only tag the animals you want to watch.
How do I get KhuselaGuard?
Leave your details on this site or WhatsApp us. We'll contact you on WhatsApp to arrange tags for your herd.
Can my farmers' association order as a group?
Yes. We work with farmers' associations, cooperatives, distributors and agricultural shows on group and bulk orders. Use the form on the For associations page, or WhatsApp us.
How do I find an animal that has gone missing?
Open the app to see where the animal's tag last reported from, then go to that spot. Tagging your animals before they go missing is what makes this possible.
Can it help with stock theft?
It can't stop someone from taking an animal. What it does is tell you when an animal leaves its camp and show you where it is, so you can act sooner and give the police a location to work from.
Who makes KhuselaGuard?
